3.2 License to User Content: By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the User Content in connection with the operation of the App and our business.
4.1 Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.
4.2 Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your access to the App, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will terminate, and you must cease all use of the App.
5.1 As Is Basis: The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, or that the App is free of viruses or other harmful components.
6.1 Exclusion of Damages: In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
